Confessions...

I have a confession to make

Its been over a month since I went to the gym.






Last weekend, I went to a course - where they fed me so much food... I could feel my pot belly growing with each bite...

A struggle to find time to go to the gym...
... finish work late usually so tired after work
... or one of those days when I do finish early, I get home and just chill out
... need a gym buddy




Some insecurities...








In need of some TLC - even if it means paying a nice day spa to get it....











And next week, off to neurosurg - a new term, tough... a challenge...

Must work on that narcissism...
